What is Minty Yummy Pain Relief?

I have fibromyalgia, and I am always on the lookout for natural ways to relieve my pain.  While I was still active duty Air Force, I was on so many different medications just so I could manage to show up at work and survive the day.  After I retired, I weaned myself from all the different pills I had been prescribed, and I realized I had been pretty much a zombie on all those drugs.

Fast forward a year later. I decided that I wanted to become a massage therapist, so I enrolled in a nine month program at a local college.  About four months into the program, I took an aromatherapy class.  I immediately fell in love with the healing properties of essential oils!  I started researching like crazy. After much experimenting, some trial and loads of error, I came up with the perfect blend of essential oils and salts to give myself relief.  And the best part is I know exactly what is in it!  No chemicals that I can’t pronounce, no artificial ingredients, chemicals, nothing that can kick off a fibromyalgia flare-up.  And not only that, my blend has amazing detoxification properties. So, I started making my bath salts for my students at Love 2 Dance Fitness and Baile con Sazon Studio and my friends and family and everyone loved it!  That is when I decided to bottle my blend and share it with the world.

And that is how Minty Yummy Pain Relief bath salts was born!
